释义	法律分析：单方面的承诺不是合同，但经双方同意了的，就是合同，是双方合意后的协议。承诺，是指受要约人同意要约的意思表示。承诺的法律效力在于，承诺一经作出，并送达要约人，合同即告成立，要约人不得加以拒绝。承诺的方式主要有两种： (1)以口头或书面的方式表示承诺，这是表示承诺的一般方式。 (2)以行为方式表示承诺。法律依据：根据《民法典》第480条规定：承诺应当以通知的方式作出;但是，根据交易习惯或者要约表明可以通过行为作出承诺的除外。
