释义	就局仿陪算欠桐蠢债人死亡，其所欠债务由其遗产偿还，债权人可以依借据凭证向遗产继承人要求偿还，但是不可超过遗产部分或所欠债务的数额。对欠债人死后债务的偿还，应当根据债务人生前所负债务的性质来区分。法律依据：《中华人民共和国继承法》第三十三条继承遗产应当清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务，缴纳税款和清偿债务以他的遗产实际价值为限。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，大腊对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负偿还责任。
