释义	食品外包装上没有标注生产日期，属于不符合食品安全标准的食品，可以向超市要求赔偿。我国食品卫生法中明确规定第二十一条定型包装食品和食品添加剂，必须在包装标识或者产品说明书上根据不同产品分别按照规定标出品名、产地、厂名、生产日期、批号或者代号、规格、配方或者主要成分、保质期限、食用或者使用方法等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国食品安全法》第九十六条生产不符合食品安全标准的食品或者销售明知是不符合食品安全标准的食品，消费者除要求赔偿损失外，还可以向生产者或者销售者要求支付价款十倍的赔偿金。
