释义	法律分析：劳动法没有规定事假带薪，所以一般是不带薪的。法律依据：《职工带薪年休假条例》第四条职工请事假累计20天以上且单位按照规定不扣工资的，将不再享有当年的年休假。《企业职工带薪年休假实施办法》第八条职工不再享受下一年度的年休假。这也就要求用人单位对于职工请事假时，及时做好书面记录，并交由职工签字确认，避免争议的发生。
