暑假工签了合同提前走有工资么

有工资。暑假工的用工形式虽然属于劳务关系,但是如果要提前离职,需提前三日以书面形式通知用人单位,并且配合单位做好交接工作。用人单位有以下情形之一,劳动者可以随时通知用人单位解除劳动合同:(一)在试用期内的;(二)用人单位以暴力、威胁或者非法限制人身自由的手段强迫劳动的;(三)用人单位未按照劳动合同约定支付劳动报酬或者提供劳动条件的。《工资支付暂行规定》第八条对完成一次性临时劳动或某项具体工作的劳动者,用人单位应按有关协议或合同规定在其完成劳动任务后即支付工资。
