释义	旅游纠纷协商的原则包括地位平等原则、依法协商原则、合理合法原则。要求有两点： 1、要有互谅互让、实事求是的协商精神，自愿达成和解协议，自行解决旅游纠纷； 2、应积极主动承担责任，取得对方谅解。【法律依据】《旅游法》第九十二条旅游者与旅游经营者发生纠纷，可以通过下列途径解决：（一）双方协商；（二）向消费者协会、旅游投诉受理机构或者有关调解组织申请调解；（三）根据与旅游经营者达成的仲裁协议提请仲裁机构仲裁；（四）向人民法院提起诉讼。
