释义	法律分析：到医保办或者社保局补交。如果停交超过三个月，医保卡的功能只能按续缴之日重新计算，即报销认可时间是从补交之日后的发生的票据才认可的。如果停交未超过三个月，则补交款后医保卡效力不受影响。法律依据：《中华人民共和国城镇职工基本医疗保险条例》第十二条基本医疗保险费按月征缴，用人单位和从业人员应当在规定的期限内向征收机关缴纳基本医疗保险费。从业人员个人应当缴纳的部分，由用人单位从其工资中代为扣缴。基本医疗保险费不得减免。
