释义	法律分析：企业法人，是指以营利为目的，独立地从事商品生产和经营活动的社会经济组织。在西方某些国家，企业法人就是指股份有限公司和有限责任公司。在我国，除了公司法人以外,还有国有企业法人、集体企业法人等企业法人的种类。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第三条公司是企业法人，有独立的法人财产，享有法人财产权。公司以其全部财产对公司的债务承担责任。有限责任公司的股东以其认缴的出资额为限对公司承担责任；股份有限公司的股东以其认购的股份为限对公司承担责任。
