释义	法律分析：对于劳动者来说，在试用期间提出辞职的，只要提前三天提出就可以，要是已经过了试用期的劳动者，想要辞职就要提前一个月向公司说明，或是直接跟公司协商看看能不能即时离职。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
