释义	借钱人找不到可以起诉后缺席宣判。我国的民事诉讼法明确规定，在债务人经过法院的通知以后，应该到庭参加相应的诉讼。没有正当的理由私自不到庭参加诉讼的，是不会对法院审理案件造成影响的，在这种情形下，法院是可以进行缺席审理的，并且根据庭审的时候原告所提供的证据对事实做出认定，依法做出该案件的判决。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十四条被告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，可以缺席判决。
