释义	结案标的额是当一件案件审结以后,最终在法律文书确定的金额的数目。标的是民事诉讼中予以审理和判断的的对象,简单来讲就是诉讼的对象。《诉讼费用交纳办法》第十三条规定，案件受理费分别按照财产案件根据诉讼请求的金额或者价额等标准交纳。法律依据：根据《最高人民法院关于适用中华人民共和国民事诉讼法的解释》第一百九十八条规定，诉讼标的物是房屋、土地、林木、车辆、船舶、文物等特定物或者知识产权，起诉时价值难以确定的，人民法院应当向原告释明主张过高或者过低的诉讼风险，以原告主张的价值确定诉讼标的金额。
