问题	什么是扶养义务？
释义	狭义扶养义务主要是指的平辈之间的相互抚养，比如说夫妻之间，兄弟姐妹之间。广义的扶养包括赡养、扶养以及抚养，其中赡养指孩子对父母的赡养，抚养指父母对孩子的抚养。我国民法典规定的是狭义扶养义务，也就是夫妻之间，兄弟姐妹之间的扶养义务。【法律依据】《民法典》第一千零五十九条夫妻有相互扶养的义务。第一千零七十五条有负担能力的兄、姐，对于父母已经死亡或者父母无力抚养的未成年弟、妹，有扶养的义务。由兄、姐扶养长大的有负担能力的弟、妹，对于缺乏劳动能力又缺乏生活来源的兄、姐，有扶养的义务。
