释义	法律分析：公安部早有明确规定，不允许刑事被告人进入看守所后就强行剃光头，各地对此规定的实施并不统一。不会强制要求剪头发,但是为了卫生都会剪成短发。我国监狱法、看守所条例没有规定犯人或者犯罪嫌疑人羁押期间剃光头。具体在看守所阶段是没有强制要求剪发的，但是一般为了卫生都会理成短发。法律依据：《中华人民共和国看守所条例实施办法》第三十条看守所应当有供人犯沐浴的设施、设备。
