释义	月休6天是所谓的大小周休息制，即：一周单休休息1天，下一周双休休息2天，一个月一般4周，加起来每月就是休息6天。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十八条用人单位应当保证劳动者每周至少休息一日。第三十九条企业因生产特点不能实行本法第三十六条、第三十八条规定的，经劳动行政部门批准，可以实行其他工作和休息办法。第四十条用人单位在下列节日期间应当依法安排劳动者休假：（一）元旦；（二）春节；（三）国际劳动节；（四）国庆节；（五）法律、法规规定的其他休假节日。
