释义	法律分析：没有补贴，在养殖用地方面国家给出的政策是：农村集体经济组织、农民和畜牧业合作经济组织按照乡(镇)土地利用总体规划，兴办规模化畜禽养殖所需用地按农用地管理，作为农业生产结构调整用地，不需办理农用地转用审批手续。法律依据：《禽畜规模化养殖污染防治条例》第二十五条因畜牧业发展规划、土地利用总体规划、城乡规划调整以及划定禁止养殖区域，或者因对污染严重的畜禽养殖密集区域进行综合整治，确需关闭或者搬迁现有畜禽养殖场所，致使畜禽养殖者遭受经济损失的，由县级以上地方人民政府依法予以补偿。
