释义	法律分析： 1.假释的申请是由强制劳动改造的监狱向所在地中级人民法院提出假释建议书。 2.人民法院在收到监狱的假释建议书后审查其材料是否齐全、手续是否齐备、程序是否合法。 3.人民法院在审查案件材料后组成合议庭进行审理，对符合法定条件的罪犯裁定予以假释。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第八十五条对假释的犯罪分子，在假释考验期限内，依法实行社区矫正，如果没有本法第八十六条规定的情形，假释考验期满，就认为原判刑罚已经执行完毕，并公开予以宣告。
