释义	服刑期满当天释放，不能提前一天，也不能延后一天。罪犯服刑期满，监狱应当按期释放并发给释放证明书。罪犯释放后，公安机关凭释放证明书无条件为释放人员办理户籍登记。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百零五条，期间以时、日、月计算。期间开始的时和日不算在期间以内。法定期间不包括路途上的时间。上诉状或者其他文件在期满前已经交邮的，不算过期。期间的最后一日为节假日的，以节假日后的第一日为期满日期，但犯罪嫌疑人、被告人或者罪犯在押期间，应当至期满之日为止，不得因节假日而延长。
