实发工资和应发工资的区别是：性质不同，应发工资就是岗位工资、薪级工资、绩效工资、奖励金、加班工资等加在一起统计的金额；实发工资是扣减了五险一金和个人所得税后，最后拿到手的薪资。

《劳动法》第四十七条

第四十六条
工资分配应当遵循按劳分配原则，实行同工同酬。
工资水平在经济发展的基础上逐步提高。国家对工资总量实行宏观调控。
