释义	法律分析：非全日制用工指的是以小时为工作时间进行工资的计算，而且非全日制用工是以小时计酬为主，劳动者在同一用人单位一般平均每日工作时间不超过四小时，每周工作时间累计不超过二十四小时的用工形式，因此一般也可以称之为兼职。因此对于这种非全日制用工，一般也应该签订相关的劳动合同，一般是签订劳务派遣合同，保障合法权益。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第六十九条在非全日制用工中，用人单位可以与劳动者签订书面劳动合同，也可以订立口头协议，两种合同形式均为法律所认可。
