法律分析：增选副镇长，是实行等额选举还是实行差额选举，法律没有规定，建议按照地方组织法的规定，实行差额选举。具体办法由镇人民代表大会制定的选举办法规定。
法律依据：《地方组织法》第二十一条 省、直辖市、县、设区的市的人民代表大会代表受原选举单位的监督；不设区的市、市辖区、乡、民族乡、镇的人民代表大会代表受选民的监督。
地方各级人民代表大会代表的选举单位和选民有权随时撤换自己选出的代表。代表的撤换必须由原选举单位以全体代表的过半数通过，或者由原选区选民大会以出席选民的过半数通过。
