释义	法律分析：注册商标转让的步骤为：需要核实转让方的有关商标的详细信息；转、受双方签订商标转让的合同；有关商标转让材料的提交；代商标局的审核，商标局一般会在收到转让人和受让人的申请之后的6到8月内，对双方下发核准商标转让的证明，一般证明标明的时间就是商标转让生效时间。法律依据：《中华人民共和国商标法》第四十二条转让注册商标的，转让人和受让人应当签订转让协议，并共同向商标局提出申请。受让人应当保证使用该注册商标的商品质量。转让注册商标经核准后，予以公告。受让人自公告之日起享有商标专用权。
