释义	法律分析: 将涉密等级分为:“绝密”、“机密”、“秘密”三级。 “绝密”是最重要的国家秘密,泄露会使国家的安全和利益遭受特别严重的损害; “机密”是重要的国家秘密,泄露会使国家的安全和利益遭受严重的损害。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国保守国家秘密法》第十五条国家秘密的保密期限，应当根据事项的性质和特点，按照维护国家安全和利益的需要，限定在必要的期限内；不能确定期限的，应当确定解密的条件。国家秘密的保密期限，除另有规定外，绝密级不超过三十年，机密级不超过二十年，秘密级不超过十年。
