释义	法律分析：不可以。在现实中要求清算组必须三个人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百八十四条有限责任公司的清算小组由股东组成。据此，清算组的成员应当是公司的股东，是全体股东还是部分股东，未有明确规定。但逾期不成立清算组进行清算，债权人可以申请人民法院指定有关人员组成清算组。清算组人数无上限限制，实际上法律规定中对于清算组人数没有明确规定，实际操作中，一个人无法协商，两个人意见相左时无法做出决议，所以清算组的人数三人以上为宜。
