信用卡1万还不起有什么严重后果 |
| 释义 |
1、信用卡不还钱会产生逾期违约金和利息;
2、信用卡不还钱会在个人征信报告上有记录，影响个人信用，给以后的经济生活带来不便，比如，贷款买房、贷款买车等都会有相应的影响;
3、信用卡不还钱，情节严重者要承担刑事责任。
除此之外，还将面临以下问题：
1、银行的持续催款
当出现借款人逾期还款的情况，银行信用卡客服中心首先会多次进行电话通知;如果还是未交款，银行会委托第三方进行催收，通常是连续的电话、短信，甚至回上门催收;经多次催缴未还款，那么银行就会向法院进行起诉。
2、被银行起诉，无法办贷
持卡人将被加入信用黑名单无法办理贷款，法院会进行催收，收到法院传票后，经调查和劝导督促还款，但是持卡人拒绝还款的话，法院可以采取强制执行;随后，法院会将持卡人的资产变现用以偿还卡债，并冻结相关财产。
3、恶意拖欠，面临坐牢、罚款
信用卡逾期三个月就可以被视为恶意透支处罚金，但是如果提前与银行沟通好，证明自己的还款能力和还款计划，一般不会面临刑事责任。但是法院进行判决，依然不归回的持卡人，将会依据《刑法》处理，情节严重可能要面临坐牢三年的后果和罚金，特别严重将面临更长时间三到七年的有期徒刑和交罚金。
