释义	法律分析: 在坐牢期间身份证不能用。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国居民身份证条例》第十条被判处拘役、有期徒刑以上刑罚的人和被劳动教养的人以及被羁押的人，尚未申请领取居民身份证的，在服刑、劳动教养和羁押期间，不发给居民身份证领取居民身份证的，由执行机关按照规定收缴其居民身份证，释放或者解除劳动教养后，由本人申请领取居民身份证或者将原居民身份证发还本人。
