入职后马上辞职可以吗

一般公司都会有一个试岗期限，大概三天到7天。有的公司规定工作不满一周主动离职的职员不发工资，如果试岗通过，试岗期算在试用期内。试岗期通过了，就可以签到劳动合同。所以，入职之后第二天是否可以离职，要看公司有没有试岗期，职员有没有与公司签订了劳动合同，具体情况要以各公司的实际要求来判定。
