释义	法律分析：合同涂改内容如果是真实的意思表示，双方都没有异议的，涂改的合同，也是有法律效力的。但如果是单方面故意私自涂改，隐瞒双方当事人的真实意思，可以认为该合同无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百零六条合同中的下列免责条款无效：(一)造成对方人身损害的；(二)因故意或者重大过失造成对方财产损失的。
