合同变更主要是变更什么
释义
合同变更主要是变更当事人协议。根据《中华人民共和国民法典》规定，当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。变更合同一般应采用书面形式，口头形式变更书面合同无证，容易发生纠纷。合同变更协议不明确，或者变更采用口头形式，发生纠纷后无其他证据证明合同变更的，视为合同未变更。当事人变更内容约定不明确的，视为未变更。
