就业促进法实施办法

释义

法律主观：

我国就业促进法规定的就业方针是坚持劳动者自主择业、市场调节就业、政府促进就业。国家通过促进经济和社会发展，创造就业条件，扩大就业机会。国家鼓励企业、事业组织、社会团体在法律、行政法规规定的范围内兴办产业或者拓展经营，增加就业。

《中华人民共和国就业促进法》第二条国家把扩大就业放在经济社会发展的突出位置，实施积极的就业政策，坚持劳动者自主择业、市场调节就业、政府促进就业的方针，多渠道扩大就业。
