释义	法律分析：一审终审是审级制度的一种。案件经过一级法院的审判即告终结。在实行一审终审制时，法院作出的判决、裁定一经送达即发生法律效力，成为确定的判决、裁定当事人或有关人员不得上诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百七十八条依照本章程序审理的案件，实行一审终审。选民资格案件或者重大、疑难的案件，由审判员组成合议庭审理；其他案件由审判员一人独任审理。
