释义	法律分析：不生效。合同必须是双方签字，就算是代签，也是受托者进行代签，不可能是一方签字。因为均为一方签字，无法体现双方的合意，更有伪造合同的嫌疑。当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，自双方当事人签字或者盖章时合同成立。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百九十条当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，自当事人均签名、盖章或者按指印时合同成立。在签名、盖章或者按指印之前，当事人一方已经履行主要义务，对方接受时，该合同成立。
