释义	法律分析：不合理。借款关系一旦形成，除非双方当事人协议变更，否则对双方当事人发生法律效力，根据“合同相对性”原则，此时的还款人仅能确定为订立合同时的借款人。因此，父债子还并不符合法律规定，不能得到法院的支持。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百六十七条借款合同是借款人向贷款人借款，到期返还借款并支付利息的合同。第六百六十八条借款合同应当采用书面形式，但是自然人之间借款另有约定的除外。借款合同的内容一般包括借款种类、币种、用途、数额、利率、期限和还款方式等条款。
