释义	霸王条款的合同签字的，可请求人民法院确认“霸王条款”无效。根据法律规定，对于违反法律规定情形的，或者提供格式条款一方免除其责任、加重对方责任、排除对方主要权利的，该条款无效。对格式条款的理解发生争议的，应当按照通常理解予以解释。法律依据《民法典》第一百四十六条，行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
