释义	病假工资支付标准由用人单位按不低于当地最低工资80%自主确定。根据《劳动法》第四十七条、劳动部《关于印发关于贯彻执行中华人民共和国劳动法若干问题的意见的通知》（劳部发〔1995〕309号）第五十九条规定，职工患病或非因工负伤治疗期间，在规定的医疗期间内由企业按有关规定支付其病假工资或疾病救济费，具体标准由用人单位按照不低于当地最低工资标准80%自主确定。如果用人单位所在省市对病假工资支付标搜索准有规定的，用人单位制定具体支付标准的时候应当从其规定。
