长期夜班劳动法的标准？

关于值夜班，劳动法确实没有规定。但是，根据劳动合同法的精神，男年满55周岁，女年满45周岁，距离法定退休年龄不足5年的，原则上应当安排符合其年龄、身体条件相适应的工作。

《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十六条 国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过8小时、平均每周工作时间不超过44小时的工时制度。
