法律分析：
如果是在居民区，白天的时候户外允许噪音级为50分贝，夜间为40分贝。
根据国家规定，还可以划分为，一类生活区域夜测50分贝以上，二类生活区域夜测65分贝以上，只要超过晚上22点或至次日早6点的就是扰民，属于噪音污染。
如果所处的地方出现了在这些范畴之内的行为就会构成扰民。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国环境噪声污染防治法》 第四十五条 法定休息日、节假日全天及工作日12时至14时、18时至次日8时，禁止在已竣工交付使用的住宅楼内进行产生噪声的装修等扰民作业。
