释义	不会。依据我国相关法律的规定，劳动者在室外温度超过法律规定而停止高温工作的，用人单位不得扣除或降低劳动者的工资。法律依据：《防暑降温措施管理办法》第八条因高温天气停止工作、缩短工作时间的，用人单位不得扣除或降低劳动者工资。日最高气温达到35℃以上、37℃以下（不含37℃）为一般高温天气，日最高气温达到37℃以上、40℃以下（不含40℃）为中度高温天气，日最高气温达到40℃以上则为强度高温天气。高温天气期间，用人单位除按规定向劳动者支付工资外，应当向劳动者发放高温补贴。
