释义	如果同居男女双方，当前都没有与任何第三者领了结婚证。那么他们在一起就不算重婚；如果同居男女双方，其中有一方与第三者事实在婚姻登记机关领了结婚证。那么当事的双方同居在一起就是重婚。不仅仅是道德问题，是违法行为。重婚罪，必须是在无离婚的情况下又与他人领证结婚的。如无与他人结婚，单纯是婚外情，即使同住，也不隶属重婚罪。《刑法》第二百五十八条【重婚罪】有另一半而重婚的，或者明知他人有另一半而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条
