释义	法律分析: 是合同的转让是指合同当事人与第三人基于自愿原则，约定将合同全部或部分的权利义务转移给第三人的法律行为。且根据合同性质、合同约定、法律规定合同不得转让的，合同转让无效。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第五百四十六条【债权转让通知】债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
