免费。 清明节 是民间传统缅怀逝去亲人，表达后人哀思的节日。每年的这一天，按惯例人们会进行扫墓、祭祖等活动。根据国家相关政策规定，2018年清明假期放假时间为4月5日-4月7日，4月8日上班，共3天。从4月5日0时至4月7日24时，全国高速公路将对七座(含七座)及以下小型客车实施免费通行的政策。小型客车免费通行期间，高速公路将以车辆通过收费站出口车道的时间为准，收费站免费车道对小型客车不发卡抬杆放行。
