释义	中国公民同外国人在中国境内自愿结婚的，男女双方当事人必须共同到中国公民一方户口所在地的省、自治区、直辖市人民政府指定的婚姻登记机关申请登记。中国公民应持下列证件：本人的户籍证明；结婚的证明。外国人须持以下证件：本人护照或其他身份、国籍证件等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十九条要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。
