释义	法律分析: 可以约定法院管辖。但是需要根据法律规定约定法院。合同未实际履行的，如果当事人双方住所地都不在合同约定的履行地的，应由被告住所地人民法院管辖。合同实际履行的，当事人实际履行中以书面方式或双方当事人一致认可的其他方式变更约定的，以变更后的约定确定合同履行地。当事人未以上述方式变更原约定，或者变更原合同而未涉及履行地问题的，仍以原合同的约定确定履行地。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二十三条因合同纠纷提起的诉讼，由被告住所地或者合同履行地人民法院管辖。
