收到遗失物应如何处理？

拾得遗失物，应当返还权利人。拾得人应当及时通知权利人领取，或者送交公安等有关部门。拾得人可以要求支付必要费用，但不得要求支付报酬。但遗失物人发出悬赏广告，愿意支付一定报酬的，不得反悔。
【法律依据】:
《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百一十条 有关部门收到遗失物，知道权利人的，应当及时通知其领取；不知道的，应当及时发布招领公告。
