没有取消。安全生产许可证是2020年建筑行业施工企业进行生产、施工等一个必备的证件，安全生产许可证和企业资质紧密联系在一起，要取得建筑施工资质证书，必须要申请安全生产许可证才可以招投工作。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国安全生产法》
第五条 生产经营单位的主要负责人是本单位安全生产第一责任人，对本单位的安全生产工作全面负责。其他负责人对职责范围内租消薯的安全生产工作负责。
第弊者六条 生产经营单位的从业人员有依法获得安全生产保障的权利，并应当依桥指法履行安全生产方面的义务。
