释义	法律分析: 上诉期最后一天如果是法定节假日（含不上班的周六、周日）的，上诉期向后顺延至正常上班日；履行期限，法定节假日均算在内，也就是说遇到最后一天是法定节假日，不顺延。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第八十二条期间包括法定期间和人民法院指定的期间。期间以时、日、月、年计算。期间开始的时和日，不计算在期间内。期间届满的最后一日是节假日的，以节假日后的第一日为期间届满的日期。期间不包括在途时间，诉讼文书在期满前交邮的，不算过期。
