释义	法律分析：变更子女抚养权不需要去法院。双方可以协议变更，订立变更子女抚养权协议书去公证处办理公证即可。一方单方要求变更抚养权的，可以向法院起诉请求变更。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于适用婚姻家庭编的解释（一）》第五十五条离婚后，父母一方要求变更子女抚养关系的，或者子女要求增加抚养费的，应当另行提起诉讼。《最高人民法院关于适用婚姻家庭编的解释（一）》第五十七条父母双方协议变更子女抚养关系的，人民法院应予支持。
