释义	养父母和养子女之间本无血缘关系，由于收养关系的成立，法律上确认其与自然血亲有同等的权利和义务，因而它是一种拟制血亲，又叫准血亲。我国现行民法典规定，养父母和养子女之间的权利、义务适用本法对父母子女的规定。由于养父母和养子女间双方是法律上确认的拟制的直系血亲，具有同自然血亲一样的法律效力，因而是不宜结婚的。
