释义	法律分析：未成年人可以纹身，暂没有对未成年人能否纹身相关的法律规定，只有一职业如军人、公务员等工作招收时对纹身有限制规定，但未成年人文身行为应当加以规范。法律依据：《公安机关人民警察内务条令》第十六条仪容(一)公安民警应当保持头发整洁。非特殊任务需要，不得染彩发，男性公安民警不得留长发、大鬓角、卷发(自然卷除外)、剃光头或者蓄胡须，女性公安民警发辫不得过肩。(二)公安民警不得纹身，不得染指甲、留长指甲，不得化浓妆。
