释义	法律分析：不需要，如个体工商户因不再从事经营活动已经向工商登记机关办理注销登记的，就不需要再报送年度报告了。法律依据：《个体工商户条例》第十二条　个体工商户不再从事经营活动的，应当到登记机关办理注销登记。第十三条　个体工商户应当于每年1月1日至6月30日，向登记机关报送年度报告。个体工商户应当对其年度报告的真实性、合法性负责。个体工商户年度报告办法由国务院工商行政管理部门制定。
