释义	法律分析：一般情况下兄姐没有抚养年幼的弟弟妹妹的义务，但是出现特定的情况，哥哥姐姐负有抚养弟弟妹妹的义务：一是父母已去世或没有抚养能力，二是弟弟妹妹必须是未成年人，三是哥哥姐姐一定要有负担弟弟妹妹的经济能力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十五条有负担能力的兄、姐，对于父母已经死亡或者父母无力抚养的未成年弟、妹，有扶养的义务。由兄、姐扶养长大的有负担能力的弟、妹，对于缺乏劳动能力又缺乏生活来源的兄、姐，有扶养的义务。
